Law, the sixth in a family of 12 children, grew up singing in his father's church. At the age of six, Law was asked by the choir director to lead a song, and he never looked back.
Law says, "music has always been my number one love and I have always dreamed of someday performing in front of huge crowds. It is just where I always felt I would end up."
As early as junior high school, Law began entering local talent shows. He did not win every time, but he was successful in securing the heart and training of the South Oak Cliff high school choir director. She took Law under her wing and helped ready him for his future. Law took this knowledge with him upon graduating high school and eventually succeeded in building a loyal following in the Dallas and surrounding Texas areas.
Law has recorded two underground CDs to date, which brought him 3000+ in CD sales and garnered critical acclaim within the Urban community. Word of his talents eventually reached the major labels and both Def Jam records and Warner Bros Records approached Law. When asked why he did not pursue the deals in front of him at the time, he simply answers, "I was not ready. They wanted to change everything about me and at that age I would have lost who I truly was and what I was truly about." In 2005, Law released his first commercial album, "Creepin'."

Saturday Tastings in the Wine and Beer Department Little Joey just LOVES the Saturday wine tastings at Central Market - he particularly likes the blind tastings, when he can sneak a snort while Mommie's not looking. (Great nose!) More info
