Hi Marcy:
Events do not immediately appear-- we have to give them a quick once over in order to make sure everything links up correctly in our system in terms of the event, maps, etc. That means that when we get a submission like yours on Feb. 3 for an event that is the very next day, it doesn't make it. It looks like some earlier ones did get in: http://www.texasgigs.com/bands/miss-m....
We also have a glitch that we're trying to fix where recurring events DO show up on the calendar, but not your band page. Should be fixed post-haste.: http://www.texasgigs.com/events/ongoi...
Our "official" line is that we need events a week in advance. But certainly, give us at least two business days to catch up on event submissions. Thanks for submitting-- Give us another chance with just a little more lead time. Thanks!
