Judges and panelists (for the summit meeting which will be discussing the Dallas music scene) are Mike Daniel (Dallas Morning News), Rich Lopez (Dallas Observer), Erin Rice (Pegasus News), Chris Holt (The Slack), Jayson Bales (Jayson Bales Band), Cindy Chaffin (The Fine Line), Dale Brock (Kirtland Records), Pete Freedman (Dallas Observer), Hunter Hauk (Quick/Dallas Morning News), Jeff Liles (music videographer/Dallas music historian), Mike Schoder (Granada/CD World), Amanda Newman (Club Dada).
