Objective: To initiative a new strategy with the help and support of the Mayor and the City of Dallas. This will enable the Deep Ellum community to effectively deal with crime and the declining business and improve the urban landscape of this historical and culturally significant neighborhood.

Actually, ScoDo, that's a real problem. The last time there was a mayoral Town Hall (under Mme. Miller), the same thing happened. Our video of that was really highly watched, because many (most) of the interested parties couldn't attend.

Should be held at 9:30 at night so the guests can see the empty streets.
