You don't have to be Richard Burton or Laurence Olivier, just be willing to have fun. This energetic group meets each week to work on original skits or other exciting dramatic projects. Don't be shy, find your place in the spotlight! Call Pat at 972.721.2496
Citizens 50 years of age and older can participate in a variety of classes including social, exercise, dance, and arts and crafts.
Annual membership for Heritage Senior Center is only $10 for Irving residents and $30 for non-Irving residents.

West Fest Polka Festival Westfest kicks off the the weekend on Friday evening with the Miss Westfest Contest. Gates to the fairground (in West, Texas, south on I-35 just beyond Hillsboro) open at 5:30 p.m., and you can hang out touring the food booths until closing time at 12:30 a.m. If there was ever a place to do your "wurst," this is it, folks! And don't forget kolaches for dessert. More info
