&$%! fereigners buying up Dallas-area property

— Some property in the Dallas area is being purchased by foreigners, which the DMN attributes to a weak dollar, oil money, and Asian exports.

Foreigners investing in real estate is not new but it's occurred in appealing cities such as New York and Los Angeles. Well golly gee, now they've found us, too. However, one does wonder about their taste; the property they've bought has been in Frisco, Plano, and Rowlett.
