Dame Edna: Live And Intimate was supposed to perform at Bass Hall January 22-27, 2008. However, Barry Humphries, the actor who stars as "Dame Edna Everage," was diagnosed with appendicitis and is now recovering from a recent appendectomy. The production has been rescheduled to February 3 - 8, 2009 at the Bass Hall.

Patrons with tickets for the original January 2008 engagement will be contacted by mail and/or email regarding the rescheduled engagement. Patrons with tickets for the original engagement will receive new tickets that are for the exact same seating location, performance day of the week, and show time. If you are unable to attend, you may return your tickets to the box office for a full refund.
