Casa Mañana's 50th Birthday Celebration
- When: Saturday, July 5, 2008, 11 a.m.
- Where: Casa Mañana Theatre, 3101 West Lancaster Avenue, Fort Worth
- Cost: $3
- Age limit: All ages
To commemorate 50 years as a Texas Cultural icon, Casa Mañana is proud to host its 50th Birthday Celebration at Casa Mañana Theatre on Saturday, July 5. There will be activities for the entire family, including face painters, clowns, balloon artists and more. Join us for a Broadway musical review featuring some of North Texas’ most talented singers, and special performances by the Casa Kids, Casa Mañana’s talented performance troupe.
Many historical mementos will be on display, such as the mighty Wurlitzer organ, original costume and set pieces from previous productions, original show programs that span over 50 years, and more. Guests are also invited to share their favorite “Casa Stories” with other guests and Casa Mañana alumni.
And on this special occasion, they've rolled back ticket prices to 1958. That's only $3.00 per person for the show! Hotdogs only 25 cents each! Ice cream for only 10 cents each! Bring the entire family to celebrate Casa Mañana's 50th Birthday during the 4th of July weekend!
Call 817-332-2272 for tickets.

Beer Tasting at Kindred Spirits "He must have been an admiral, a sultan, or a king, and to his praises we shall always sing. Look what he has done for us, he's filled us up with cheer! Lord bless Charlie Mops, the man who invented beer, beer, beer, tiddly beer, beer, beer..." I have my beer drinking song ready. Do you? More info
