Shula's 347 Grill opened on July 3 inside the recently remodeled Sheraton Fort Worth. It comes from former Miami Dolphins coach Don Shula, who launched his restaurant empire with the first Shula's Steak House in Florida in 1989.

Shula has four concepts: Shula’s 2 (sports restaurant), Shula’s on the Beach (beachy location with steaks and seafood), Shula’s Steak House (fine-dining steak house), and Shula’s 347 (casual steakhouse). A Shula's Steak House opened in Houston earlier this year.

You may recall from the earlier press release that Shula’s 347 has a "casual atmosphere full of energy"; and includes "a bar with a high tech audio/video system". The menu has gourmet salads, specialty fish, and steak.
