Spruce High School.

— On the verge of being deemed "academically unacceptable" for the fourth consecutive year, Spruce High School in Dallas may soon be overhauled.

The Dallas ISD School Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. to discuss, among other things, a proposal that would replace Spruce's principal and administration, as well as sending hundreds of 10th and 11th grade students to other DISD schools.

UPDATE: The board voted to relocate all but Spruce seniors who wish to graduate there and incoming 9th graders to Lincoln and Madison high schools.
