The mission of Uptown Players is to present professional theater that meets a rising demand in the community for audiences to see their life experiences represented on stage. They offer diverse productions with contemporary and alternative lifestyle themes that explore complex and varied situations such as relationships, family, prejudice, and values. The company presents plays and musicals that challenge our audiences artistically, build cultural bridges, and strive to create greater positive public awareness and acceptance through the performing arts.
