All things considered it's a decent place. I haven't been for the live music at night or on the weekends however. The food pricing can be a little high, but it just depends on what you get. The chicken fried chicken/steak is a good catch, and the serving is reaaaally big. I think it's a good lunchtime meetup spot if you're trying to coordinate people from Allen/Plano along with Dallas people.

Love & War in Texas offers an eclectic mix of foods from around the state, including wild game.
The Wild Boar Sandwich was large & tasty. I was expecing a gamey taste, but with the seasoning and sauce, I couldn't really tell much difference between this and regular sliced pork BBQ.
The food is high, but the beer prices are good during happy hour.

Good comfort food, had chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and fried okra. Good place to hang out and hear some live music.
